Use case
Meeting scheduling that asks before it invites anyone
For founders and operators who book the same kind of call all week. The crew finds the open time. Creating the event waits.
The problem
Checking three calendars and writing the invite is repetitive, and a wrong invite is public. Reading busy time is safe. Sending the invite is not something to automate blindly.
The workflow
List upcoming events or check availability on the calendars the connected account can see. Find a free slot of the length you set, inside working hours. The create step, with optional attendees and a Meet link, pauses for approval. A delete later pauses again.
Limits
The crew only sees calendars shared with the connected Google account. It does not email people who are not on that create step, and it does not scrape a personal calendar that was never connected.
Questions
Can it add a Meet link?
Yes, on the create event action. That action still waits for approval.
What if the slot is taken before I approve?
Approval is not a lock on the calendar. If someone else books the time first, Calendar’s own response is what the run will show. Check the run before you assume the invite exists.
