How to automate meeting scheduling with Google Calendar

Treat the calendar read as the automation and the invite as the decision. CrewX24 already splits those into different actions.

Read before you create

List events or check availability on calendars the connected account can see. Find free slots of a length you choose, inside working hours. That result is a proposal. It does not email attendees.

Approve the event

Create event can add attendees and a Google Meet link. Because it is external, the run waits. Read the title, the time, and the guest list on that step. A wrong guest is worse than a slow invite.

Cancelling is a second approval

Delete can notify attendees. It waits as a destructive action. Do not build a crew whose only instruction is “clear my afternoon” unless a person will see that delete every time. They will, because the product pauses it.
